**** Found nail puncturing passenger rear tire between #1 and #2 tread. Tire with 6/32" of tread depth left. Recommend patching tire from the inside. Advised customer that tire is not leaking from valve stem at this time.

**** At first, technician was unable to duplicate customer concern due to vehicle not being cold. Did find serpentine belt worn and a prior recommendation to replace serpentine belt, serpentine belt tensioner, and idler pulley. Suspect this may be causing concern. Recommend replacing serpentine belt, tensioner, and idler pulley in near future. **** After vehicle sat in shop, did hear a rattling noise on start up coming from the exhaust heat shield on the rear exhaust pipe being loose and rattling against exhaust. Re secured exhaust heat shield and rattling noise technician heard has been eliminated.
