We take daily appointments. You can either leave the vehicle with us for the day or, if you need to wait with your vehicle, you can take advantage of our comfortable waiting area.

Drop off your vehicle the night before your appointment using our night drop box located just outside the main entrance. Envelopes are provided inside the night dropbox. We ask that you fill this out as best as you can, put your keys, and any documents needed for your appointment the next day inside, seal it up, and drop it safely inside the key drop located on the main entrance.

Jeffcoats Automotive is completely secure with a security system that is monitored 24/7 by an independent security company. We also have a video surveillance system installed to help make sure your vehicle is completely safe while in our parking lot.
