- **** At first, technician was unable to duplicate customer concern due to vehicle not being cold. Did find serpentine belt worn and a prior recommendation to replace serpentine belt, serpentine belt tensioner, and idler pulley. Suspect this may be causing concern. Recommend replacing serpentine belt, tensioner, and idler pulley in near future. **** After vehicle sat in shop, did hear a rattling noise on start up coming from the exhaust heat shield on the rear exhaust pipe being loose and rattling against exhaust. Re secured exhaust heat shield and rattling noise technician heard has been eliminated.
- **** Both license plate light bulbs.

- **** Left front head light bulb.
- Visually inspected for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical failure. ***For electrical system specifications see attached work sheet. ***Advised customer that battery failed DTAC test. Recommend replacing battery. No concerns noted with alternator or starter on DTAC test at this time.
