*** Advised receiver is rusted into the hitch, and will need heated to get out. Also advised that heating the hitch may cause damage to the hitch and it may need replaced. Was able to get retaining pin out of hitch, and advised and re installed smaller bolt so customer can use trailer safely.

*** Advised right rear wheel bearing has noise sounding like a rubbing no play in bearing at this time. Also advised left side is starting to make noise. Recommend replacing both rear wheel bearings, and backing plates.
**** WHEEL BEARING – Remove & Replace – Rear, Both sides; includes replacing both backing plates.
*** No codes in transmission control module, fluid is full and very clean. Suspect wheel bearing noise may be making transmission feel like abnormal. Recommend waiting until after wheel bearing repair before any further time spent on this condition. *** Advised after wheel bearing repair, test drove vehicle and no abnormal issues noted.
