    • **** Confirmed that right front upper ball joint is bad/with excessive play. Also found front left strut leaking hydraulic fluid. Recommend replacing both front upper control arms with ball joint assemblies and both front strut assemblies. **** Note: Found rear brake pads worn low on material at 3/32". Rear brake rotors too close to minimum specification. Recommend replacing rear brake pads and rotors.
    • **** Confirmed right side engine mount is bad/broken. Recommend replacing right side (front) engine mount.
    • **** Recommend performing alignment after recommended front end repairs.
    • 4 *** REMOVE & REPLACE REAR BRAKE PADS & ROTORS. Includes: Clean, lube &/or replace brake hardware as necessary. Adjust brakes where applicable.
    • 5 *** CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – Upper, Both – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
    • 6 *** 4 WHEEL COMPUTERIZED ALIGNMENT

    • **** Connected scanner and retrieved the following trouble code(s): P1457 – Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Circuit High **** Lowered fuel tank down enough to gain access to top side, found rodent has chewed through vehicle wiring harness just in front of the connector to the pressure sensor. C0037 – Left Rear Speed Sensor Signal Erratic Circuit. **** Performed resistance check on left rear wheel speed sensor. Found that resistance does have high resistance in sensor. Visually checked tone ring on the axle and found to be in good condition. Left rear ABS speed sensor will need to be replaced.

Not able to locate any visible external leak at this time. Charged system with freon and added dye. Recommend customer return when system stops cooling again for black light inspection to pin point any freon leaks.
    • Visually inspected for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical failure. ***For electrical system specifications see attached work sheet. *** Advised customer that all systems passed test with exception of alternator. D-tac system indicates that alternator has bad diode and putting out A/C voltage. *** Also advised that battery is 6 years old. Battery does pass load test but is recommend to be replaced every 3 to 5 years.
