*** Advised that timing chain cover is seeping on back side. Not a severe leak at this time.
*** Advised that there is no sensors in wheels on this vehicle. No codes in abs module at this time. Reset TPMS system test drove while monitoring live data abs sensors, and all are reading correctly. Suspect other facility rotated tires and did not reset tpms light correctly.
*** Check engine light and Trac light is on, Codes:P0442 – Evaporative Emissions small leak detected. Smoke tested system while blocking off both vent and purges solenoids and system recorded no leaks. Suspect that the vent control solenoid is not closing completely but recommend clearing code, and if light comes back on then will need to gain access to solenoid and test.

Removed all four tires and inspected brake pad condition. Inspected brake calipers. Inspected brake hoses. Inspected master cylinder and all other brake system components. **** Advised customer found front brake rotors are warped, front pads are in good condition at 10/32". Recommend machining rotors soon.

**** Advised customer found spare tire is leaking from valve stem (TPMS sensor). Recommend replacing TPMS Sensor. **** Replaced sensor with regular valve stem (customer requested). Advised customer TPMS sensor will continue to stay on.

**** Advised customer was not able to find any leaks at this time. Also found no dye residue on any A/C components. A/C is also not blowing out as cold as it should be. Recommend charging A/C system and adding more dye.
