    • Removed all four tires and inspected brake pad condition. Inspected brake calipers. Inspected brake hoses. Inspected master cylinder and all other brake system components. **** Brake Specs: 5/32" LF; 0/32" RF; 7/32" Both Rear. **** Advised customer that passenger front brake caliper is seized, causing passenger front brake pads to wear metal to metal with passenger front brake rotor. At minimum, recommend replacing passenger front brake caliper with loaded caliper and passenger front brake rotors. Advised customer that recommended repair is to replace both front brake calipers, pads, rotors, and hoses. **** Rear brake pads in good condition at 7/32" of material.
    • 2 *** REMOVE & REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS & ROTORS. Includes: Clean lube &/ or replace brake hardware as necessary. Adjust brakes where applicable.
    • 3 *** REMOVE & REPLACE FRONT BRAKE CALIPER – BOTH. Includes: Bleed system.
    • 4 *** REMOVE & REPLACE FRONT BRAKE HOSE – BOTH

    • Visually inspected for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical failure. ***For electrical system specifications see attached work sheet. *** Battery failed load test. Battery is so bad that it is giving erratic reading from alternator test. Need to replace battery and then re run the alternator test to ensure alternator is charging correctly. *** After battery replacement, alternator test ran and passed correctly indicating no issues with alternator at this time.

Will need ac compressor replaced.
    • ****** TPMS light not on at this time. All sensors reading and all tire pressure are set at 38 psi
    • ****** Front brake pads worn to 8/32, Rear brake pads worn to 7/32 material. Was not able to duplicate squeal at this time. Recommend returning if noise gets worse.
    • 4*** A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove & Replace
    • *** EVACUATE & RECHARGE A/C SYSTEM. Includes: Remove freon from system, vacuum air and moisture from system, recharge system with approved freon, and add 1oz florescent dye.
