37 POINT INSPECTION REPLACE ENGINE OIL REPLACE ENGINE OIL FILTER SET TIRE PRESSURE
**** Advised customer that vehicle is due for front and rear differential fluid change, spark plug replacement, and coolant service.
**** Removed rear brackets and found parking brakes out of adjustment. Re adjusted parking brakes and are now working properly.
**** Advised customer that on bottom mounting point of front shocks, inner sleeve seems to be missing. Would have to remove front struts to farther inspect, but suspect this is causing concern. Advised customer that noise is heard on all 4 shocks.
7 *** REMOVE & REPLACE SPARK PLUGS
8 *** COOLING SYSTEM SERVICE. Includes: Draining and refilling coolant with up to 1 gallon antifreeze.
9 *** FRONT DIFF SERVICE. Includes: Draining & Refilling Front Differential w/Approved Fluid.
10 *** REAR DIFF SERVICE. Includes: Draining & Refilling Rear Differential w/Approved Fluid.

**** Found cooling fan motor aftermarket relay is defective. Technician heated temperature probe to 300*F and cooling fan did not come on. Manually commanded fan on and fan cam on. Will need to replacing cooling fan relay as a starting point.

**** Advised customer that vehicle is due for engine air filter replacement, cabin air filter replacement, front differential service, and rear differential service.
**** Found passenger front tire slightly low on air pressure at 31 psi. Found left front tire and left rear tire at 35 psi and right rear tire at 36 psi. Advised customer that technician was unable to find leak in passenger front tire at this time. Set tire pressure in all tires to 38 psi. If passenger front tire is low on air again (or tire pressure light comes on), customer to return to recheck.

**** Advised customer that no oil light or maintenance light on at this time. Did find engine oil slightly low before draining oil for service. Suspect oil being slightly low was causing concern. No external leaks noted at this time. If concern continues, customer to return to re check.
**** Advised customer that technician could not duplicate concern at this time. Suspect low oil level was causing concern. If concern continues, recommend customer return and leave vehicle with us over night to re check/duplicate.
**** Found all tires equally and slightly low on air pressure. Set tire pressure during service.
