- Visually inspected for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical failure. ***For electrical system specifications see attached work sheet. **** Advised customer found battery failed electrical system test. Will need to replace battery. **** After replacing battery found alternator has excessive ripple. Suspect ripple is causing battery to become defective. Recommend replacing alternator and alternator drive belt.
