- **** Removed passenger side sliding door panel. Found door cables are in proper working order at this time. Found that door motor turns on when commanded to with scan tool. Door will not open or close. Found center door roller hinge is worn and bearing is rusted. Suspect a defective passenger side sliding door center roller hinge and a weak passenger side sliding door motor are causing customer's concern. Will need to start with replacement of passenger side sliding door center roller hinge and motor replacement. See provided estimate.
