- Visually inspected for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical failure. ***For electrical system specifications see attached work sheet. ***Advised customer that alternator failed DTAC test for bad diodes and is not charging. No concerns noted with battery or starter at this time. Recommend replacing alternator. Advised customer that serpentine belt is worn. Recommend replacing serpentine belt during repair.
