- **** Advised customer that check engine light is not currently on. Connected scanner and retrieved the following trouble code as a history code: P0521 – Engine Oil Pressure Sensor Performance. Advised customer that oil pressure sending unit is currently working according to scan tool. Inspected for any external engine oil leaks and none found. Suspect engine is consuming oil. Recommend checking engine oil level frequently and topping off as needed. Customer supplied oil pressure sending unit and filter and request repair be completed. Customer did not supply intake manifold gaskets. Recommend replacing intake manifold gaskets during repair.
- **** Referred customer to an auto glass facility for possible repair. Advised customer that rear window may need to be replaced.
- **** Repair completed using customer supplied parts. Advised customer that repairs using customer supplied parts come with no part or labor warranty.
