- **** Confirmed that vehicle will not start. Checked all fuel pump relays and fuses and all are working properly at this time. Suspect defective fuel pump. Will need to remove fuel tank and verify that it has voltage at the pump. **** Lowered fuel tank and found wire going to the fuel pump has voltage and ground. Suspect internal fault in fuel pump. Found that fuel tank has damage and it is bent in on the bottom. Recommend replacing fuel tank.
