- **** Advised customer that transmission cooler lines are rusted through and leaking transmission fluid. Recommend replacing transmission cooler line assembly.
- **** After spark plug and ignition wire replacement, found #5 cylinder still misfiring. Found fuel injector defective and not spraying enough fuel into #5 cylinder, contributing to misfire condition. Replaced fuel injector. Cleared trouble code.
- **** Connected scanner and retrieved the following trouble code(s): P0305 – Cylinder #5 Misfire Detected **** Found spark plugs very worn and ignition wires very brittle. Recommend starting with spark plug and ignition wire replacement.
- **** Vehicle failed emissions inspection due to check engine light being on and code P0305 stored in control module. See below for diagnostics and repair. Vehicle is now not ready for testing. See attached print out. Customer to drive vehicle to set emissions monitors (usually 50-100 miles), then return for emissions retest. We allow 30 days for one free re inspection. Sticker on vehicle expired 12/2019.
- 37 POINT INSPECTION * Body, dents/scratches, hub/center caps, engine cranking condition, noises/squeaks/rattles, steering wheel alignment, pulling right/left, brake pedal quality, seat belts, lights, wipers, windshield, mirrors, windshield washer operation, windows, fluid levels, filters, drive belts, timing belt replacement, brake fluid, power steering fluid, ATF fluid, clutch fluid, ball joints, tie rod ends, wheel bearings, springs, shocks, struts, exhaust, brake lines, fuel lines, axle shafts, differentials, lower engine, brakes/hoses, and brake pad wear. REPLACE ENGINE OIL REPLACE ENGINE OIL FILTER SET TIRE PRESSURE **** Found radiator cracked on driver's side plastic tank. Recommend replacing radiator.

- 6 *** Remove & Replace Radiator
- 9 *** Remove & Replace Spark Plug Wire Set
- Brakes: Front at 13/32"; Rear at 11/32" Tires: 11/32" LF; 10/32" RF; 9/32" LR; 9/32" RR **** Will issue safety sticker once vehicle passes emissions inspection. We allow 30 days for one free re inspection. Sticker on vehicle expired 12/2019.
