- **** Confirmed that heat is not coming out of the left side vent. Scanned system for any diagnostics trouble codes stored in HVAC system and found no trouble codes stored. Checked operation of blend door motor and found it working properly at this time. Found vehicle not reaching operating temperature. Vehicle's heater hoses were not as hot as they should be. Found one side 50 degrees hotter than the other side. Suspect two separate issues causing customer concern. Suspect thermostat is stay open causing vehicle to not reach operating temperature. Suspect heater core is clogged (because of temperature drop between both hoses). Recommend replacing thermostat, flushing coolant system, and flushing heater core. See provided estimate. Customer declined at this time.
