    • Brakes: Front at 14/32"; Rear at 14/32" Tires: 4/32" LF; 4/32" RF; 2/32" LR; 2/32" RR AI32327932 Expires: 2/2024 *** Advised vehicle failed safety inspection do to: 1) Front brake pads worn below minimum specs. at 1/32. 2) Front brake rotors rusted and pitted across braking surface. 3) Rear brake pads worn metal to metal on left rear. 4) Left rear brake caliper seized and will not compress. 5) Front stabilizer bar bushings torn and one is missing. 6) Left side headlamp is inop.
    • 37 POINT INSPECTION REPLACE ENGINE OIL REPLACE ENGINE OIL FILTER SET TIRE PRESSURE
    • 3*** REMOVE & REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS & ROTORS. Includes: Clean, lube, and/or replace brake hardware as necessary; and adjust brakes where applicable
    • 4*** REMOVE & REPLACE BRAKE REAR PADS & ROTORS. Includes: Clean lube &/ or replace brake hardware as necessary. Adjust brakes where applicable.
    • **** REMOVE & REPLACE BRAKE CALIPER – BOTH. Includes: Bleed system.
    • 5*** STABILIZER BAR BUSHING – Remove & Replace – At Frame,One Side or Both
    • *** Found Connector on left side headlamp corroded and not allowing voltage threw to bulb. Will need to replace connector, and bulb.
    • *** HEADLAMP SEALED BEAM – Remove & Replace – One – [DOES NOT include adjust Headlamps.]
    • **** Replaced both front wiper blades.

    • **** Connected scanner and retrieved the following trouble code(s): P00008 – Engine Position System Performance Bank 1 Advised customer of service bulletin #PIP3423P Indicating that the crankshaft reluctor tone wheel may have moved on crankshaft. Drained engine oil, and removed crankshaft position sensor. With borescope visually confirmed that the tone wheel has moved on crankshaft and the engine, or the crankshaft will need replaced.

Inspected master cylinder and all other brake system components. **** Brake Specs: 7/32" Front; 0/32" Rear. **** Found rear brake pads worn metal to metal with rear brake rotors. Recommend replacing rear brake pads and rotors. Front brake pads in good condition at 7/32".

    • * Ambient Air Temperature: 89*F * A/C Compressor Clutch Engagement (Yes or No): Yes **** Connected manifold gauges to check pressures: * System Static Pressure: High -50 PSI; Low – 50 PSI * System Pressure at Idle: High – 120 PSI; Low – 25 PSI * Vehicle Vent Temperature: 80*F * Charged System with 1.5 lbs of Freon * System Pressure at Idle: High -170 PSI; Low -35 PSI * Vent Temperature at Idle After Charge: 58*F * Dye Added (Yes or No): Yes **** Advised customer that system low was on freon. Not able to locate any visible external leak at this time. Charged system with freon and added dye. Recommend customer return when system stops cooling again for black light inspection to pin point any freon leaks.
    • Visually inspected for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical failure. ***For electrical system specifications see attached work sheet. *** Advised customer that all systems passed test with exception of alternator. D-tac system indicates that alternator has bad diode and putting out A/C voltage. *** Also advised that battery is 6 years old. Battery does pass load test but is recommend to be replaced every 3 to 5 years.

    • **** Advised customer of Technical Service Bulletin # 20-NA-142 referring to shudder/surge while driving. Service bulletin recommends lower transmission oil pan to inspect for excessive debris. If debris is noted, torque converter is failing. Recommend customer check with factory warranty.
    • **** Found nail in #3 tread of driver rear tire. Tire with 7/32" of tread depth left. Dismounted tire from rim, patched from inside, re mounted, re balanced, and set tire pressure.
    • 3 *** REMOVE & REPLACE REAR BRAKE PADS AND MACHINE ROTORS. Includes: Clean, lube, &/or replace brake hardware as necessary. Adjust brakes where applicable.
