Visually inspected for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical failure. ***For electrical system specifications see attached work sheet. *** All systems operating normally at this time. Did perform a draw test and vehicle does have a 1.5amp draw. Suspect that the radio has shorted internally causing the draw. Removed fuse #24 in JB#1 for radio and draw fell to within specs. at .006 amps.
*** Internal fault in radio, and will need replaced or repaired.

Removed the battery to get to the negative cable end, tightened the cable properly and re installed battery to vehicle. Vehicle is starting properly at this time.
