- Visually inspected for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical failure. ***Advised customer that alternator failed for low charging volts. Recommend replacing alternator. Advised customer that battery failed initial DTAC test, but was able to be recharged, hold recharge, and retested with no concerns noted at this time.
